This is a general template, not legal advice. This Privacy Policy is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. It is not attorney-drafted and is not guaranteed to be complete or compliant with the laws applicable to you. Before relying on it, you should have it reviewed by a qualified attorney licensed in the State of Wyoming (and any other relevant jurisdiction).

Who We Are (Data Controller)
RAYFINITE LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. For purposes of applicable data-protection laws, RAYFINITE LLC is the controller responsible for the limited personal information collected through the Site. You can reach us using the contact details in the Contact Us section below.
Information We Collect
We are committed to minimal data collection. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not use the Site to build advertising or marketing profiles. The only personal information we collect is:
Information you voluntarily provide
If you choose to contact us, for example by emailing info@rayfinite.com, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. You decide what to send us; you do not need to provide personal information to browse the Site.
Basic server and technical logs
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically generate basic technical logs when the Site is accessed. These logs can include information such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating-system information, the pages requested, referring pages, and the date and time of access. We use these logs for security, troubleshooting, and to keep the Site operating reliably.
What we do NOT do
- We do not offer user accounts or sign-in on the Site.
- We do not serve advertising or use advertising/marketing trackers.
- We do not use cross-site or cross-app tracking, and we do not use advertising identifiers such as the IDFA.
- We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site.
How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above only to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you when you contact us;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") applies, our legal bases for processing are our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site and responding to your messages), your consent where you voluntarily contact us, and compliance with legal obligations.
How We Share Information: No Sale, No "Sharing"
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We do not trade your personal information for money or other valuable consideration.
We may disclose information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Site (for example, website hosting and email providers), who process information on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a lawful governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RAYFINITE, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (for example, to respond to and maintain a record of your inquiry) and as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Basic server logs are retained for a limited period consistent with security and operational needs and are then deleted or anonymized. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the limited personal information we handle against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
