Except for the limited right of access granted above, no rights are transferred to you. "RAYFINITE" and "FactGuard," and related logos, are trademarks of RAYFINITE LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Products and Services

RAYFINITE offers separate products and services, including FactGuard, that are governed by their own separate terms of service and privacy policies, available at factguard.org. These Terms apply only to the Site and do not govern your use of FactGuard or any other product that has its own terms. In the event of a conflict, the product-specific terms control with respect to that product.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by RAYFINITE. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of RAYFINITE arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, RAYFINITE's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RAYFINITE LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, the Site, or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

You agree that any action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of, and venue in, those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RAYFINITE regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements relating to that subject matter.
